Good news everyone! Fall is here, and that means our Fall Game Jam is too!

Are you a game dev or an aspiring game dev in Edmonton and area? Are you looking for a game dev event to drop into? If you’re looking for a trip, why not slip right into our Fall Game Jam on November 9-11 at MacEwan University? Sink into our 48 hour game jam event, where you and your team will get to go headlong into the game development process, and by the end of it, pitch forward your game built around our super-secret-not-obvious-at-all Fall Game Jam theme!

To participate in this event, buy your ticket (either on Eventbrite or at the door), and drop by room 8-211 on Friday, November 9th at 5 PM. This event runs from 5 PM on the Friday to 5 PM on the Sunday. Overnight stayers are welcome (bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, whatever you need to be comfortable), but if you would like to collapse into your own bed at the end of the day, the building opens up again at 8 AM.

Tickets are either $5 for the weekend with no meals, or $25 with dinner provided on Friday and Saturday, and lunch provided on the Sunday. Showers will be available on site from 8am – 10am on both Saturday and Sunday. Spots are limited so get your ticket now!

*NOTE: Unfortunately due to restraints of the venue, the building will be locked from 8pm on Saturday until 8am on Sunday. You will not be allowed to re-enter the building after 8 PM, and the building will not open again for re-entry until 8 AM the next day. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For more information or if you have any dietary restrictions we should be aware of, feel free to email us at macewan.gamedev@gmail.com!
