Video Games Canada 2021 is presented by the Canadian Interactive Alliance (CIAIC), a not-for-profit trade association that serves as the voice of Canada’s interactive digital media industry.   • At early commercialization stage 
  • With annual revenues of less than $5 million

MEET TO MATCH – THE COLOGNE EDITION

MeetToMatch is the preferred B2B platform in the gaming industry. MeetToMatch – the Cologne Edition will be held August 25-27, 2021, coinciding with gamescom and devcom. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is taking place virtually, but still allows you to meet all the most relevant publishers, investors, and developers, that would normally be present on the trade show floor in Cologne.

The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) is offering Canadian gaming companies, associations, and partners, FREE accounts to the MeetToMatch platform. Registration is currently limited to one free account per company. Account requests will be verified. If your company or organization requires additional accounts, please write to CanadaDevcom@international.gc.ca.

PITCH SESSIONS

The Trade Commissioner Service will be hosting three pitch sessions directly on the MeetToMatch platform. To participate in the pitch sessions, you must be registered for MeetToMatch – the Cologne Edition (see above).

Each pitch session will focus on a different gaming platform and/or business model. Sessions will be moderated by a gaming industry veteran and include a jury of selected publishers. Pitches will be 5 minutes each and followed by a Q+A period. Selection will be made on the recommendation of our regional offices and partners (provincial governments and regional/national associations).
